CHIROPRACTOR + FUNCTIONAL HEALTH
Dr. Larissa Tenzycki grew up in Niceville, FL and returned to practice after college. Shehas been involved in the birth community since chiropractic college and the birth of her oldest daughter.

Dr. Letitia Smith, also known Dr. Tish, was raised in Newport News, Virginia. She graduated from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Dr. Karrie Thompson joined GGF this year and is the resident expert on Pelvic Floor therapy! She also helps with other injuries such as back, knee, and shoulder.
FUNCTIONAL HEALTH
Through the years, she has gained personal experience in non-toxic living, nutrition, and overall wellness and decided to pursue further education through the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition program.
LACTATION
Christy is a Florida native and settled back in the area in 2007. She has been supporting families with birth and breastfeeding since 2005.
MASSAGE THERAPY
Her therapeutic technique is a combination of all she’s learned since being licensed in 1999. She is also a certified Reiki and ThetaHealing practitioner.

Originally from a small town in New Jersey, at the age of 21 Megan packed her bags and moved to Hawaii. While on the beautiful island of O’ahu, her eyes were opened to a different way of life.

Lauren is a Licensed Massage Therapist for 18 years and Licensed Esthetician for 2 years. Originally from Tennessee, Lauren moved here with her family of 4 is passionate about holistic care and her two children.

Katie is a longtime fan of the practice and regularly tries to convince friends, family, and strangers to go there for care. Originally from the Outer Banks of NC, Katie is a FL transplant that enjoys spending her time cooking, going to the beach, and hanging with her cat, dog, and 7 chickens. She is also a licensed esthetician and loves all things natural beauty.
PT ASSISTANT
Miranda joined us in 2023 after moving here from California. Miranda is a military spouse and mom of 2 girls, and is passionate about helping Karrie with her PT needs ad well as baking and cooking. You’ll find her bringing in the best food at our employee lunches.
PT BILLING
Katie is a Niceville native with a passion for birth, babies, mommas and all things holistic health. She is a certified labor doula but has been medical billing for physical therapists in our area on and off since 2014 and is excited to be working closely with our physical therapist, Karrie Thompson.
SOCIAL MEDIA
KerriAnn, raised locally in Fort Walton Beach, joined our team in 2023 after being seen at our practice during her pregnancy with her son. She runs our social media and does our in-house graphic design work. She is a health and fitness enthusiast, personal trainer, wife, and mother to three kiddos and two dogs.
HEALING SERVICES
Natalie is a Certified Life Coach and Somatic Experiencing Counselor who specializes in emotional wellness and trauma healing. She uses techniques like Somatic Meditations, Breathwork, EFT Tapping, Subconscious Reprogramming, Self Love Coaching and Somatic Experiencing to help you become free from the debilitating inner self critic, anxiety, depression and PTSD.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Angela is a pediatric Occupational Therapist and mom of 2. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in health studies and a minor in psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. She followed on at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center graduating with a Master’s of Occupational Therapy in 2016. (Boomer Sooner!) She is licensed in Florida and certified by the National Board of Occupational Therapy.

Originally from Indiana, she moved to the sunshine state 4 years ago. Kelsey has 4 beautiful children and enjoys spending time outdoors and going on adventures with them! Chiropractic has changed her and her family’s lives and she is thrilled when given the opportunity to share the love she has for alternative medicine and how it can help, which makes her a welcome addition to our office.

Mandi is originally from Indiana, but has lived in Florida a couple of times, totaling 14 years in the Panhandle. She has always had a passion for pregnancy health and the wellbeing of new mothers and babies and is currently a Child Passenger Safety Instructor. Mandi loves to spend time with her blended family of 7. She enjoys walking, reading, and trips to the beach. She also likes attending community events or just spending a quiet night at home enjoying PB&Js and movies with her family.
