Originally from a small town in New Jersey, at the age of 21, Megan packed her bags and moved to Hawaii. 

While on the beautiful island of O’ahu, her eyes were opened to a different way of life. Her interest for holistic health grew and she decided her journey as a bodyworker was about to begin.Megan began looking for a place to study and in 2004 her search led her to a small massage school in Sedona, Arizona.

Megan has maintained her massage, craniosacral therapy and yoga practice. In 2018, as she felt her CST practice shift towards pediatrics and made the decision to train with DONA to become a birth Doula.

She loves working with Mom’s and babies and teaching families childbirth education at Growing Green Families. She lives in Niceville with her husband, daughter and insane cat.
