Scar Massage Workshop

Join Megan Scott, LMT and Karrie Thompson PT, DPT to learn about scar formation and scar management. Both Karrie and Megan offer scar work with their massage and physical therapy patients and they will be sharing self-care techniques to reduce pain in the scar area and decrease the possibility of problems in the future.

Since they both have experienced c-sections and they work with many women in the postpartum period, they will focus mainly on C-section incisions, but these techniques can be applied to most scars.

• Cost is $75 (attendees are welcome to bring one partner, if desired)
• Price includes a 10 min individual scar session with Karrie or Megan the day of the event.
• The workshop is limited to up to 7 participants and their partners so a $25 deposit will be required to hold your space.
