Introduction to Breathwork

Learn how to use your breath to relieve stress and ground yourself into the present moment with Natalie, Certified Life Coach, Somatic Trauma Coach, Breathwork + Meditation Facilitator.

Breathwork can be used as a holistic guide to reset the nervous system from sympathetic to the parasympathetic state. Stepping into the Parasympathetic state can help you relieve mental, emotional and physical stress, worries and energy drain from the day. Allowing yourself for a fresh start.

All levels are welcomed! Experienced Breathwork workers or ones who have never tried before. This is a perfect start for you!

What you will learn during the Intro To Breathwork Workshop with Natalie:

-Sympathetic NS vs. the Parasympathetic NS education
-How and why you want to regulate your Nervous System
-What your NS feels like when in sympathetic
-What your NS feels like when in parasympathetic
-How to relax the body to fully get a deep breath in
-Breathing techniques to use on the spot when feeling tense and the anxieties are rising
-Walk through and experience 3 Breathing exercises to take away into your every day
-A pause in the day to feel mental clarity and physical relaxation
-How to ground yourself and bring yourself back into your body when feeling in a state of stress
