Comfort Measures for Birth

This two-hour comfort measures class will focus on physical and mental comfort through the remaining weeks of pregnancy, labor, and childbirth. This class will offer tools and confidence for anyone, regardless of their birthing plans.

Breathing techniques
Hands-on comfort measures
Tips for self-care through pregnancy, labor, and delivery

This class will be taught by Megan Scott of Stronger Together Birth Collaborative.
This class should not be taken in place of a childbirth education class but will be a great addition to an online childbirth education class.
We ask that you wear comfortable clothes and bring a birth ball to class if you have one.
