the Year of Motherhood
Pregnancy is more than just preparing for birth—it’s about equipping yourself with support, education, and connection to confidently step into motherhood. The Year of Motherhood is a monthly event series designed to guide you through the emotional, physical, and practical aspects of pregnancy and early postpartum life.
Led by trusted local professionals—midwives, doulas, chiropractors, lactation consultants, childbirth educators, and more—each session offers evidence-based education, connection with other growing families, and a warm, welcoming space to ask questions and gather resources.
